SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

Lovvi Pop specializes in K-pop photocards, albums, lightsticks, and related merchandise.

Certain products may be offered exclusively online and may be available only in limited quantities.

All orders are subject to stock availability. We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, discontinue products, update listings, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are presented accurately. However, we do not warrant that all information on the website is complete, current, or free from error.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY AND CONDITION

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold by Lovvi Pop are brand new, authentic, and unopened items sourced from South Korea.

As many products are sold in sealed condition, internal contents may not be inspected prior to shipment, and official manufacturing or packaging imperfections may be present.

While our shipping team carefully checks and packs each order to help ensure items arrive in good condition, minor manufacturing imperfections may still occur on official products, including but not limited to light scratches, print lines, minor dents, edge wear, seal wrinkles, packaging wear, or slight cosmetic flaws.

For photocards and collectible items, minor imperfections are common within the collectibles market and do not qualify for refunds, returns, exchanges, compensation, or claims.

Requests for assistance may only be considered in cases involving significant damage to the main product item, missing contents, or incorrect items, subject to review and sufficient supporting evidence such as clear photographs or a full unboxing video.

Customers seeking flawless or grading-level condition items are advised to purchase at their own discretion.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND PAYMENTS

All prices are displayed in the selected currency unless otherwise stated.

Lovvi Pop reserves the right to adjust prices at any time due to supplier changes, exchange rate fluctuations, market conditions, system errors, or pricing inaccuracies.

If an obvious pricing error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

SECTION 5 - ORDERS

All orders are subject to review, acceptance, and availability.

We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order that appears fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, high-risk, or in violation of these Terms.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Lovvi Pop may issue a refund or offer an alternative solution at our discretion.

SECTION 6 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Lovvi Pop ships from the Republic of Korea.

Any processing times or delivery estimates shown on our website are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for delays, failed delivery attempts, returned parcels, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country.

SECTION 7 - PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are subject to manufacturer schedules, release dates, production timelines, and supplier availability, all of which may change without prior notice.

Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped only when all items within the order are available, unless otherwise stated.

Delays relating to manufacturers, distributors, or suppliers do not automatically qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation unless required under applicable law.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Lovvi Pop website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, icons, images, product photos, layouts, designs, branding materials, and website elements, is the property of Lovvi Pop or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, redistributed, scraped, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Lovvi Pop.

All artist names, entertainment company names, trademarks, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 9 - PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

  • Use Lovvi Pop product photos, descriptions, or content for resale, reposting, commercial use, or unauthorized publication

  • Copy, duplicate, exploit, or misuse any portion of our website or brand

  • Use the website for fraud, scams, deceptive conduct, or unlawful activity

  • Falsely imply affiliation with, endorsement by, or representation of Lovvi Pop
